On Thursday, the former Indian skipper took to social media to post videos of himself sweating it out in the gym.

In the first video, Kohli masters a power clean, which is a strength-training exercise that works muscles throughout your body. In another video, he is performing seated leg extensions, an isolation exercise focused on the quadriceps.
