Kajol is one of those few actors of Bollywood who have an interesting doll version on display at an international store! Apart from Priyanka Chopra, Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan, it is Kajol, who has a doll modelled after her at London’s iconic luxury store Harrods.

When it comes to shopping, Kajol is not the expensive type and is rather judicious with her choices. Her best friend Karan Johar had tagged her as a ‘low maintenance wife’ and agreeing with him, Ajay Devgn had revealed that Kajol used to shop from Santacruz earlier and has now shifted to online shopping. In her defence, Kajol maintains that she gets worked up about expensive things and uses it only for her public appearances, but prefers to buy stuff she is comfortable in. Kajol also hilariously once said that she would rather invest in FDs than spend on things which have no return.

While on Karan Johar’s show, Ajay had teased Kajol for spending an awful lot of time in uploading the correct picture on social media. Ajay had revealed, “The problem is not clicking the picture. Problem is, for three hours they are only correcting the picture so that they can post it. She’s never done this in her life, budhaape (old age) me aake I don’t know why.” Kajol was quick to clap back at Ajay for this statement, "Tumhara budhaapa hoga, mera toh nahi hai! (you must be old, I am not).”
She has been bagging prestigious trophies since decades. Interestingly, Kajol made a rare achievement by bagging a Filmfare award for Best Performance in a Negative Role, for her act in ‘Gupt’ (1998). Kajol is also the recipient of the prestigious Padma Shri award, the fourth highest civilian award of India, which she received in 2011.
