Actress Deepika Padukone, who already has added several feathers to her cap, is all set to represent India at the 75th Cannes Film Festival in France as a jury member. On Tuesday evening, the festival kicked off and the judges' panel was introduced to the media. A video from the press conference has surfaced on social media featuring Deepika and others.

In the video, Deepika along with the other jury members are seen sitting as they get introduced. The jury members include Rebecca Hall, Noomi Rapace and Italian actor-director Jasmine Trinca, as well as directors Asghar Farhadi, Ladj Ly, Jeff Nichols and Joachim Trier.
The video is shared by Ramin Setoodeh, a journalist from Variety, on Twitter. In the video, the host is heard announcing everyone's name. Have a look:



The journalist also shared another video where Deepika is seen talking about how she will approach her role as a jury member. Have a look:



Soon after the videos went viral on social media, her fans were seen hailing the Queen. One of the fans commented, "the best #DeepikaAsCannesJury." Another comment read, "Gorgeous #deepikapadukone ❤."


Deepika was seen making heads turn as she opted for a Sabyasachi outfit for day 1. She rocked a printed shirt paired with green pants and a statement neckpiece. She tied her bun with a printed scarf, giving major boho vibes.


Before leaving for Cannes, the actress spoke to Bombay Times and talked about representing the county. She said, "After being an actor for 15 years, for your work to finally be recognised on a global platform such as this, and to be able to represent the country, obviously, there is a sense of gratitude and being extremely overwhelmed."
