The district judge's decision to start the hearing in Gyanvapi-Shringar Gauri case with the maintainability plea of the Gyanvapi mosque management committee, the Anjuman Intezamiya Masajid (AIM), brought smile on the faces of the AIM lawyers.
The court of Varanasi district judge on Tuesday said it would first take up the plea of Anjuman Intezamiya Masajid, questioning maintainability of the petition seeking puja of Shirngar Gauri inside the Gyanvapi complex, when the formal hearing begins on May 26.
