Bistupur police on Wednesday arrested three members of a mobile and chain-snatching gang. Bistupur police station OC Bishnu Kumar Raut said Nandan Patnaik alias Chotu, Subham Kumar Sharma ailas Babu, and Aditya Kumar Tiwary alias Pandit were picked up from their residences.
